Delivery

Once the order has been confirmed and payment completed, the items will be despatched as soon as possible. (Usually within 1 working day of receipt). Customers will be informed of any problems or issues that may affect delivery

Delivery options are selectable via the purchase

Delivery times are:
3-5 days for Standard Delivery (free)
1-2 days for First Class (£1)

Worldwide shipping is available and costs £10 per item as a standard service

It is important to remember that most items will not fit through a letterbox. It is common practice in these circumstances for the delivery company to leave a card of attempted delivery. Occasionally Royal Mail will also leave parcels behind a gate or out of sight to the side of the house. Often they return parcels to the delivery office for collection. If your order has not yet arrived this is worth checking first.

Late/Lost Parcels

Most parcels arrive within 3-5 days for standard delivery and 1-2 days for first class, occasionally problems do arise. If the parcel hasn’t arrived after the delivery time we would appreciate if you could please check your local post office and/or royal mail service centre (you can locate your nearest one by calling 08457 740 740) in case the parcel has been there for collection.

There is a possibility that there was a delivery attempt to your address while you were out and sometimes Royal Mail do not leave a note by the door. Many items end up coming back to us as undelivered because posties simply don’t leave a note and recipients are not aware that a parcel is being held. This is the most common reason for a non/late delivery

Also please check with any neighbours and around premises i.e: behind a gate or out of sight to the side of the house. Many parcels get recovered when following these steps.

Officially royal mail class an item as lost once 15 working days have passed (see royalmail.com)

If the item does not arrive or hasn’t been located at the local royal mail depot/around premises after 15 working days have passed since the date of posting, please email us and we will promptly compile a claim against the post service and solve the problem by way of replacement

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives in less then satisfactory condition you are entitled to return to us for a replacement, providing that the original packaging is included. The return address is: Subraj Direct, 16 Carlisle Road, Bradford, BD8 8AD

It is required that you include your order id, date of purchase and reason for return

Postage costs used for returning any such goods will be reimbursed on receipt

Cancellation of Orders and Returns

In order to cancel your Order, you must notify us by email within 7 days of placing it Refunds to credit cards/debit cards and any other payment method are made within 7 days of receiving a return.

If you cancel your order you must take good care of the Goods and must return them to us at your own expense by recorded delivery within 30 days of cancellation of your order. If the Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession then you will be liable for the cost of repairing that damage.

Subraj Direct Ltd reserve the right to change any descriptions or prices without liability to incorporate any alterations. Quotations are given and orders accepted only on the basis that the prices charged would be those ruling at the date of delivery.

The legal and equitable property in and title of the goods supplied by Subraj Direct shall remain vested in the company until the goods have been paid for in full

The Goods must be returned unused with all packaging and seals intact and all fittings and guarantees enclosed.
