It is important to remember that most items will not fit through a letterbox. It is common practice in these circumstances for the delivery company to leave a card of attempted delivery. Occasionally Royal Mail will also leave parcels behind a gate or out of sight to the side of the house. Often they return parcels to the delivery office for collection. If your order has not yet arrived this is worth checking first.
Most parcels arrive within 3-5 days for standard delivery and 1-2 days for first class, occasionally problems do arise. If the parcel hasn’t arrived after the delivery time we would appreciate if you could please check your local post office and/or royal mail service centre (you can locate your nearest one by calling 08457 740 740) in case the parcel has been there for collection.
There is a possibility that there was a delivery attempt to your address while you were out and sometimes Royal Mail do not leave a note by the door. Many items end up coming back to us as undelivered because posties simply don’t leave a note and recipients are not aware that a parcel is being held. This is the most common reason for a non/late delivery
Also please check with any neighbours and around premises as a lot of parcels get recovered when following these steps.

If the item does not arrive or hasn’t been located at the local royal mail depot/around premised after 15 working days have passed since the date of posting, please email us and we will promptly compile a claim against the post service and solve the problem by way of replacement
In order to cancel your Order, you must notify us by email within 7 days of placing it Refunds to credit cards/debit cards and any other payment method are made within 7 days of receiving a return.
If you cancel your order you must take good care of the Goods and must return them to us at your own expense by recorded delivery within 30 days of cancellation of your order. If the Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession then you will be liable for the cost of repairing that damage.

The Goods must be returned unused with all packaging and seals intact and all fittings and guarantees enclosed.
Faulty items are all covered by both Subraj Direct LTD and the manufacturing companies. If an item is faulty customers must first contact us and we can arrange a replacement or refund.
All of our supplied Goods have a manufacturer supported warranty. As a Limited company we are able to backup all manufacturers warranties at a customers request.
After 30 days from the purchase date, in the event that an item is faulty – the manufacturers warranty will be backed
Every effort is made to ensure that goods advertised for sale on the Website are described correctly. The descriptions however do not form part of the contract between you and us.
